Position Overview:  
Sr. Manager, Solutions is responsible for supporting Randstad’s Talent Onboarding Services group.  This position will oversee Onboarding Solutions to build solutions to quickly, efficiently and compliantly onboard talent for all Randstad Lines of Business. This includes vendor management, scorecard production of both vendors and onboarding compliance and partnership with Operations and Projects leaders on priority items .  The position reports to Randstad’s Director of Talent Screening & Onboarding Solutions and will interact with all levels of the field and corporate organization, and will escalate concerns to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, contractual obligations, and internal policies and procedures. 
 
Principal Responsibilities:
  • Oversee onboarding vendors to measure SLA in agreed upon metrics (Unemployment, background and drug, I9, onboarding documentation, etc). 
  • Produce onboarding scorecard to review with leadership to drive and enforce compliance within the organization; identify trends for improvements (including I9/E-Verify, background and drug screen, etc). 
  • Ensure proper documentation and facilitation of rules and regulations in SME areas: I9 and E-Verify, background and drug screen (including FCRA), Unemployment, and onboarding forms. 
  • Partner with Legal, Tax, eStaff and other applicable stakeholders to ensure proper setup and reporting of onboarding requirements, both prior to and during assignment. 
  • Partner with the field to facilitate compliant onboarding of client specific forms and  requirements; provide recommendations for field training and improvement. 
Education & Qualifications (Required and Preferred):  
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, compliance or other related experience
  • Highly proficient in use of Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of Randstad operations and systems is an asset
  • Excel, Query and Reporting

  • Strong project management skills required
