Position Title: SMHT Program Manager

External Description:

Position Objective

The SMHT Program Manager will be responsible and accountable for overseeing the State Mandated Harassment Training program for all external talent.  Program management includes ensuring Randstad is aligned with a state requirements and launching training to be in compliant with state guidelines. As new states are included in this program, the Program Manager will be responsible for all aspects to “stand up” the new state in a timely manner.
The SMHT Program Manager will exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance that are directly related to the management and operation of the business, including:

Position Summary

Operational monitoring and reporting

  • Reporting on compliance (periodic and ad-hoc inquiries for user, client, LOBs)
  • Completion/compliance progress
  • Confirm pay for period of training
  • Non-compliance monitoring, escalation and follow-up
  • Unapproved time monitoring
  • Billing exception monitoring

New state setup and rollout

  • confirm courses with Legal
  • updating training pecking order
  • setup group in Skillsoft
  • add state to enrollment logic
  • commercialization campaign
  • field communication campaign
  • client communication campaign
  • initiating customization of course content

New Skillsoft training version monitoring and rollout

  • watch for, plan and manage the rollout of new versions of training courses
  • work with Skillsoft to customize new releases, if needed


Bachelors Degree in related field
Project Management experience a must
Lean process and six sigma experience a plus
Detail oriented and well versed in dealing with all areas of the business
Compliance and/or online training program management
Skillsoft experience a plus
