Project Manager Change Management/Content Management:

At Cisco, we are focused on delivering exceptional employer brand experiences, while driving Cisco’s talent growth goals in new business areas globally. We are looking for a strong Program Manager with excellent communication skills to work with our Talent Acquisition (TA) team.

Job Responsibilities:

The PM will manage communications, which include but are not limited to Cisco’s TA newsletter and website. 

Change Management 70%:

  • Cisco “Voice” expert, manage weekly newsletter, communication consultant for PMs, maintain TA Overview Deck, Streamline Policy Language
  • Training: Consultant for team on training content, help with facilitation

Content Management 30%:

  • Help maintain TA Central internal website
  • Key point of contact for user experience and inventory (there is another resource who helps with the administration pieces)

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in communication or business related field
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage projects

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
  • Content Management experience
  • Social marketing/communication
  • Excellent interpersonal/communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working in a large company (enterprise or matrix)
