Position Title: RIS Site Manager I

External Description:

We are currently searching for Onsite Manager Candidates to support our Randstad In-House Services (RIS) division in Brunswick, GA.   RIS offers unique operations and staffing product that caters specifically to clients with high volume staffing needs in call center operations as well as logistics, manufacturing, warehouse, &  light industrial. 

 

As an Onsite Manager, you are the single point of contact for our client. You are responsible for the entire staffing process to include the full lifecycle of recruiting/staffing as well as driving the performance of our workforce. Strong leadership is needed to reach the goals of the client.

The Onsite Manager acts as an on-site extension of the client's HR function and will need to be able to build/maintain a solid relationship with the client. 

 

A strong background in driving and measuring productivity, recruiting and client/account management in a call center environment is HIGHLY desired. 

 

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • High volume recruiting and building a substantial pipeline of talent for a call center setting
  • Managing 100+ schedules, performance, payroll, benefits, etc. 
  • Build and maintain a strategic partnership with the client as the "face of Randstad" on location
  • Manage site/talent by measuring KPIs
  • Safety/compliance is the highest priority
  • Flexibility to interact with talent/client on any/all shifts 24/7

 

 

Eligibility requirements:

  • Three + year’s management/staffing experience in a call center setting
  • Staffing experience highly preferred
  • HR experience  in a large volume call center environment
  • Safety/compliance knowledge/focus
  • Experience with analytics/reporting requirements
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience with ATS, VMS or MSP
