- have 3-5 years of professional B2B sales experience
- staffing experience a plus
- thrive in an environment that requires you to juggle multiple priorities
- want to work closely with a partner/team as well as enjoy being an individual contributor to the business
- have a well-tuned sense of urgency
- skillfully use analytics and relationships to drive results
Primary Responsibilities:
- B2B sales in the manufacturing/logistics/warehouse space
- Prospecting new leads and closing business
- Recruit candidates to fill temp, temp to perm, contract and/or permanent placement openings
- Build and manage strong client relationships
- Document everything
- Have fun doing something important
