Recruiter Job Duties

As a Recruiter for Randstad Professionals you will independently research, identify, recruit, screen, conduct in-person interviews, evaluate, and select candidates and supply talent to fulfill client’s staffing needs. Each day you will problem solve with existing clients to fully understand their hiring needs, resulting in full service talent delivery that keeps your client's business running at peak performance.

Job Requirements 

 Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of equivalent work experience in the staffing industry

 Minimum of 1 year staffing or recruiting experience
