Position Title: RCS Dir Business Development

External Description:

The Director, Business Development will assume the day-to-day responsibility of driving business development with the goal of consistent, high level achievement.  This individual will be a subject matter expert in all aspects of Randstad Sourceright and will lead by example; generate new business and/or assume selling responsibilities for specific client accounts while striving to develop strategy, process and the corresponding skills necessary to improve productivity.  Additional responsibilities will include interacting with sales team, managing the delivery of products/services, implementing business plans, and building and growing relationships and alliances with key clients.

Leadership & Strategy

  • Build, maintain and cultivate strategic partnerships with clients through a comprehensive understanding of the client's business and ensure adherence to contractual obligations and account performance
  • Leverage Challenger sales methodology consistently with targeted clients
  • Identify areas for innovation, improvement and proactively implement solutions to deliver value and improve client experience
  • Continuously gather market intelligence to craft sales strategies and solutions
  • Champion new technology and innovation products for adoption and understanding
  • Promote a culture of inspiration that reflects the organization’s values, encourages superior performance, and rewards productivity via team engagement

Liaison

  • Support organizational efforts by ensuring adherence to best practices
  • Collaborate with Solution Design, Client Delivery teams and service line SME’s as well as client managers to anticipate needs and proper allocation of resources
  • Conduct briefings and technical meetings for sales support staff. Interact across business lines with peers on as needed basis
  • Financial Performance Accountability
  • Strive to maximize opportunities and revenue available within assigned portfolio of client accounts
  • Manage expenses responsibly within agreed parameters
