Position Objective
  • The Security Field Lead maintains and assists current Talent on assignment at the customer site as well as assists the Business Development Manager in building a relationship with the customer.
  • We are looking for someone with strong written and oral communication skills. Prior security experience would be beneficial but not required.
  • Some supervisory experience would be helpful. We need this person to be self motivated and detailed oriented.
  • This individual MUST be flexible to work swing and grave hours AND work on weekends. 
  • Overnight hours are required for this role.
