Position Overview:
Provides financial leadership, business consultation, and analytical and decision support to the company’s field operations. The position will support senior operations management including members of the senior management team from a financial perspective. Responsibilities will also include pricing, budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc analysis of operations.
Principle Responsibilities
• Provide analytical support and leadership to operating business leader
• Analyze monthly results to identify key growth drivers and trends, track actual results vs. budget
• Monitor and report on areas of operational risk and/or opportunity
• Develop quarterly forecasts and annual budget plan
• Provide pricing analysis on new and current customers
• Be financial conscience for operating business
Education & Qualifications (Required and Preferred):
• B.S. required, prefer majors in Finance and/or Accounting
• CPA, MBA or Financial certification a plus
• Seven plus year’s general business and financial experience, including minimum 3 years financial planning and analysis
• Prefer public company experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, experience with Hyperion Essbase a plus
• Requires strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills interacting with senior management as well as operating group
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize/manage multiple tasks
