The Project Organizational Change Management Lead plays a vital role in transitioning this clients employees from where they are today to where they need to be in the future to support business success.

You will lead all change management activities associated with the design and implementation of the Oracle HCM Cloud and broader HR transformation.  The role will drive maximum HCM adoption and a transformed manager and employee experience.

This is a highly visible and critical role that will support the transformation by developing, designing, and delivering robust change and engagement programs to advance business transformation efforts.

The main objective of the role is to see employees successfully transition and operate under new operating models, processes and business systems, helping the company achieve a higher level of productivity and deliver a stronger workplace experience.

The company’s human capital five-year vision and target state EVP will serve as guiding principles.

The lead will help direct a small consulting team that will provide thought leadership and execution support. Reporting to the Head of HR Strategy and Transformation, this role will be based in the NY office OR Charlotte, NC.

Position Duties & Responsibilities

  • Serves as ambassador of the change to the business
  • Conducts an impact analysis, assesses change readiness, and identifies key stakeholders.
  • Implements and applies a structured change methodology within the organization
  • Designs and implements processes and tools to create a strategy supporting adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
  • Develops a workforce transition plan to onboard communities to a new way of working; executes plan
  • Develops a communications plan to support change efforts; writes communications and talking points as needed
  • Leads design of a change impact dashboard/KPIs to measure adoption
  • Leads policy and process harmonization activities
  • Develops training strategy for implementation assessing workforce readiness in concert with consulting partner
  • With input from the Learning and Development team, designs a learning framework to build capability for future skillets
  • Directs a change team comprised of consultants and HR staff, as well as a broader enterprise change agent network in the execution of activities needed to successfully implement and sustain a change.
  • Assists project team and change team in navigating the business and assessing change impact
  • Assists change team in the development of deliverables, review/approval, and presenting of findings.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 5 years of experience managing complex organizational change projects
  • A minimum of 7 years of demonstrated work experience with a specialty in:
    • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Organizational Change Management Lead
    • Leadership Alignment
    • Communications Planning
    • Training Strategy Design
    • Organizational Readiness
    • Experience in presenting and communicating with members of senior or executive (c-suite) leadership
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and project management tools

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Professional certifications in program or change management (CCMP, CMS, CPCM, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of human resource service delivery and technology programs; experience managing the socialization and adoption of HR technology and/or HR transformation programs
  • Ability to work through others to achieve impactful results in dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to translate and summarize various technical details into executive briefs/communications
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication ability
