Bilingual University Relations Recruiter (Position could be located in Dallas, or Raleigh)
Responsible for working with the University Relations (UR) Business Partner team, Campus Relations team, Coordination team, and hiring managers in the recruiting efforts of university interns/co-ops and graduates in support of Cisco business function hiring goals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by communicating timelines, setting expectations and verbally extending and negotiating offers
- Attend weekly meetings with Business Unit Stakeholders, and Campus Relations team to execute the recruitment strategy for req fulfillment
- End to end pipeline management of candidates
- Ability to build out a comprehensive recruitment strategy in order to meet the businesses needs
- Collaborate with Lead Recruiter to ensure accuracy of data collection and support the reporting needs of business
- Oversee and manage high volume candidate pipeline for aligned roles
- Delegate administrative task to coordination team including: bulk requisition creation, send communications, update candidate status within ATS, interview scheduling, offer letter and approval generation
- Screen candidates for interest, availability, and skill requirements
- Assist with managing referrals
- Invite candidates to 1st through final round interview
- Source candidates within ATS (Avature)
- Source candidates from various external sources
Experience/Skills required:
- Bachelor’s degree required with 3 to 5 yrs experience
- Competency-based interviewing, especially in university recruitment
- Experience in using an ATS system
- Must have excellent stakeholder/relationship management skills
- Be able to influence, negotiate and proactively drive strategy
- Project management and planning skills
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize, take initiative and solve problems
- Must be detail oriented, possess exceptional organizational and follow through skills, have the ability to multi-task, and manage the demands of simultaneous processes while still operating with a sense of urgency and thoroughness
- Proven ability to work in fast paced/dynamic environment and be team oriented
- Recruitment program reporting experience is beneficial
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Previous experience in high volume or University recruitment role within a high tech environment (preferred)
- Fluent in Spanish and English verbal and written
