Diversity Operations Administrator Job Summary:

  • Provides executive administrative support; specific operations/support role; project driven; technical skills
  • Develops relationships and processes to continuously improve client and community partner projects
  • Responsible for all projects assigned to team. Help meet established schedules or resolved technical or operational problems.  Follows centralized functional projects.
  • Provide operational support as requested by sharing data gathered from Operating Company offices with management
  • Work with other team members to ensure proper cross training and backup for all functions within the team
  • Develop innovative sourcing opportunities through specialized programs and targeted channels
  • Results oriented work ethic with a competitive drive to be the best.
  • Have a strong attention to detail in every situation.
  • Determine greatest value add diversity recruiting investment areas and develop relationships with those sources
  • Establishes productive working relationships with administrative and executive leaders
  • Acts as liaison between executive and corporate/field staff
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, with executives, hiring managers, supervisors, candidates, community partners, and team members
 
EDUCATION:
  • Bachelors Degree preferred
EXPERIENCE:
 
  • Three or more years of experience with emphasis on diversity or project management with excellent execution
  • Two or more years of experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • One or more years of experience supporting a senior level executive
  • One or more years of experience demonstrating the ability to handle, prioritize, and manage multiple competing assignments in a dynamic environment, with the ability to be extremely flexible and adaptable.

SKILLS:

  • One (1) of more years employing project management methodologies
  • One (1) of more years of experience working with reports and analytics
  • One (1) of more years of experience using MS Office/PowerPoint/Excel/Word and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

  • One (1) or more years of leadership experience leading or managing a team of individual contributors
  • Business and Partner Development experience.
  • Basic understanding of building diversity strategies
