Position Title: RIS Site Manager I

External Description:

The RIS Site Manager will act as onsite extension of the client’s HR function, assuming responsibility for the full

procurement lifecycle (recruitment, selection, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management) that directly

supports the client’s specific strategic and operational goals.

 

Position Summary

  • Maintain regular communication with key external client contacts and end users to provide tailored services
  • and ensure the highest level of client satisfaction
  • Develop and manage a talent pipeline that aligns with the client’s needs and output requirements
  • Train, coach, and manage the workforce to achieve optimal productivity and output
  • Oversee workforce deployment to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and the successful fulfillment of
  • agreements made with both the client and talent
  • Execute a proactive retention program to keep the workforce engaged and motivated
  • Execute branch action plan to achieve business goals and sustain a high level of service excellence
