Position Title: NCHC Bus Development Manager

External Description:

Position Objective

The Nonclinical Healthcare (NCHC) Business Development Manager is responsible for driving the profitable growth of specific NCHC large clients through client development sales activities, relationship building with decision makers and fee payers and the presentation of appropriate talent to open jobs and assisting with the management of the talent experience once they are placed.   This position is responsible for pursuing, maintaining and growing sales to existing and/or new accounts. 

Education

  • High School diploma required
  • Bachelor’s strongly preferred

Work Experience

  • At least 2 years of documented success selling temporary white collar (revenue cycle) staffing services
  • Healthcare knowledge and experience a strong plus

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Self-starter
  • Highly competitive attitude
  • Ability to successfully interface with clients (internal and external)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to work within a team environment
  • Ability to make decisions, take direction and execute a plan
  • Detail orientation with follow-through shown in previous jobs
  • Able to communicate with and present at the executive level
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to qualify and close deals
  • Sales abilities along with market knowledge and/or product/technical expertise
  • Assertive and ambitious with strong persuasion/negotiation skills
  • Ability to work remote with limited supervision
  • 15-20% domestic travel required, must reside in a major metro market
