Randstad is looking to hire a tenacious and results oriented sales and staffing professional to join our growing Direct Hire team in Frisco, Texas.

The right candidate will:

  • have a strong history of being the best at whatever you have done in the past.
  • have 1-4 years of professional IT Staffing Sales or Direct Hire recruiting experience.
  • possess a relentless determination to make things happen.
  • be comfortable using both analytics and relationships to drive results.
  • have excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills.
  • have a history of strong team oriented work approach, not only solo success.
  • possess a Bachelor's degree.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Build, manage, qualify, and maintain a database of clients and prospects that is aligned to the business opportunity in the market.
  • Initiate relationships with prospective clients by researching jobs and organizations and connecting with key stakeholders.
  • Present information related to recruiting and staffing services and utilize business development strategies to capitalize on new opportunities and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with client to obtain qualified job requirements and educate client on our IT service offerings and process.
  • Proactively initiate new client partnerships with targeted accounts & org chart development.
  • Meet or exceed weekly goal expectations.
