External Description:

JOB SUMMARY:

  • Responsible for staffing high-level/executive candidates for finance/accounting roles within organizations in the Charlotte area
  • Responsible for selling staffing services into local Charlotte clients that need help with their finance and accounting, professional roles
  • Network to build strategic and trusted business partnerships
  • Extensive, hands-on and high growth market with an extensive database of contacts in place
  • Build your personal brand and become "well-connected" in the community
  • Financially rewarding opportunity with uncapped potential and future growth within our industry

EXPERIENCE:

  • 4 years of professional experience in the finance, banking or accounting industry
  • Sales mentality and experience is a must
  • Staffing experience is a plus
  • Strong understanding of the Charlotte business climate as it relates to the finance and accounting industry

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Ability to interface with high level clients and candidates(internal and external)
  • Strong sales abilities along with market knowledge and/or product/technical expertise
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and sales skills
  • Proven ability to work within a team environment or independently
  • Ability to make decisions, take direction and execute a plan
  • Must have detail orientation with follow-through shown in previous jobs
  • Must have experience presenting at the executive level
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to qualify and close deals
