Position Profile:  Placement Pros Recruiter/Recruiting Manager Position Objective 
The primary objective of the PP Recruiter is to drive profitable growth by maximizing order fill rates and increasing the number of placements made each week.  This is accomplished by evaluating staffing needs as well as candidate skill and experience, to make effective matches.  The successful Recruiter builds and manages a database of viable candidates adequate to support existing, as well as, accommodate new business. The PP Recruiter maintains and assists current Talent on assignment at the customer site as well as assists the Business Development Manager in building a relationship with the customer. 
 
Position Summary 
  • These positions are committed to delivering a high level of service to our candidates and our clients by: 
  • Creating and executing a strategic recruitment plan via sourcing, interviewing, hiring, coaching, retaining, and developing candidates 
  • Marketing candidate skills, knowledge, and abilities to the appropriate companies resulting in a successful match, thus positioning us as a leader in the industry 
  • Complying  with all internal processes regarding the new hire and on boarding process for  Talent 
  • Coordinating and managing external recruiting activities i.e. job fairs, networking events Overseeing and monitoring the I-9 process to ensure compliance 
  • Consistently exceeding client and talent expectations by offering innovative and creative employment solutions 
  • Managing pool of Talent currently on assignment in specified areas other than direct supervision on the job.  
Activity Expectations 
  • Compose and manage 2 job postings per week 
  • Minimum of 10 to 15 candidate interviews per week 
  • Two reference checks for all qualified candidates 
  • Maintain candidate records in PRISM with detailed notes on all activities, correspondence etc. 
  • Unique talent connects of 60 per week 
  • 1 external recruiting activity per month 
  • Monitor 1-9 portal on a daily basis 
  • Monitor and manage unemployment claims, processes and hearings
