Position Title: RCS Recruiter

External Description:

Position objective:

The primary objective of the RCS Recruiter is to drive order fill rates for our RCS client units by evaluating their staffing needs, as well as candidates’ skill and experience, to make effective matches. The successful Recruiter builds and manages a database of placeable candidates for a specific RCS account, District, or Region.

 

This is achieved by:

  • Developing and managing a talent pipeline that aligns with the client’s needs and output requirements
  • Evaluating talent and assessing client demands to make the match between the client’s staffing needs and the candidate’s skills and experience
  • Creating and executing a strategic recruitment plan via sourcing, interviewing, coaching, retaining, and developing candidates exceeding client expectations
  • Coordinating external recruiting activities i.e. job fairs, networking events, grassroots events, social media and job boards
  • Supporting client managers /multi sites by providing top quality service and talent management to support their business operations needs
  • Consistently exceeding client and talent expectations by following Randstad’s Operational Standards and offering innovative and creative employment solutions

Education

 

  • HS Diploma required
  • Bachelor’s preferred

 

 

Work experience
  • Two years  of business experience preferred, recruiting experience in a high-volume environment a plus
Knowledge, skills, and abilities
  • Proficient computer skills for accuracy in reporting and recording information
  • Experience in multi-tasking, prioritizing work, and effective time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must  be innovative in approach, willing to take risks and operate successfully in ambiguous situations
  • Professional in appearance and overall presentation
  • Knowledge of social media including a diverse portfolio of recruitment mediums
  • Industry expertise
