Cisco Meraki is looking for a Contract Recruiting Coordinator to join their Sales Recruiting team! From managing candidate experience to building hiring manager relationships across multiple departments, you will play a critical piece in our success of hiring amazing Merakians. If you’re looking for a challenging position that will utilize your killer organization skills, positive attitude, and ability to problem solve, then keep reading! 

Responsibilities include:
  • Schedule high volume of interviews and book travel for candidates in a timely manner
  • Provide candidate tours and guide hiring managers and interviewers to ensure onsite interviews are executed flawlessly
  • Own job postings, offer generation, and onboarding task administration
  • Partner with your recruiting team and hiring managers at every step of the recruiting process
  • Attend external recruiting events and help host internal recruiting events
  • Research latest recruiting trends and implement process improvements, as necessary
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail, leaving hiring managers and candidates feeling thoughtfully cared for throughout our process
  • Monitor hiring practices for compliance with current regulations/policies, for both domestically and internationally based requisitions
Requirements and qualifications include:
  • Available for a 6 -12 month contract with possible conversion based on business needs
  • 1-2 years of recruiting, HR, or similar high volume administrative position required
  • Must be based in our local San Francisco office, unable to work remotely
  • Experience updating applicant tracking systems, Greenhouse preferred
  • Ability to communicate in a professional and concise manner; top-notch tact in handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Strong track record of operational excellence when multitasking in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Adaptive to unique, in-the-moment challenges in a calm and logical manner
  • BA/BS degree preferred
