Position Title: MC Staffing Manager - NCHC

Position Objective
The primary objective of the NCHC Staffing Manager role is to pro-actively sell Randstad’s staffing solutions and generate temporary and full time staffing business from prospective Non-clinical Healthcare clients, expand business within current NCHC clients and recruit the best talent to make the match between NCHC clients’ staffing needs and candidates’ skills and experience. The Non-clinical Healthcare Staffing Manager delivers a high level of service excellence to our candidates and our clients and is expected to be a local market expert in the NCHC space and therefore they can:
Position Summary
Business Development & Client Management:
- Pro-actively engage with and sell to prospective clients to generate temporary and full time non clinical healthcare opportunities
- Build NCHC client relationships positioning Randstad as a staffing industry leader
- Grow the NCHC business through new client acquisition and increase of market share
- Negotiate and establish pay rates and bill rates in line with gross margin and profitability targets
- Meet with NCHC clients and potential clients outside the branch to obtain orders for services and/or add onto existing assignments
- Build, manage, qualify, and maintain a database of NCHC clients and prospects
- Network within NCHC community to build business and stay abreast of industry/market trends
Recruit & Talent Development:
- Using all available tools and technology, Proactively and consistently recruit talent for temporary and full time roles. Develop and manage a talent pipeline that aligns with the NCHC client’s needs and output requirements
- Use discretion to make the match between the NCHC client’s staffing needs and the candidates’ skills and experience utilizing Job, Boss, Company Fit methodology
- Manage relationships with current NCHC clients to identify future needs and provide thought leadership to assist in their daily operations
- Make decisions regarding hiring, placement, and discipline of talent
- Support NCHC client operations by providing top quality service and promptly investigate any talent issues or client concerns. Negotiate candidate pay rates and client bill rates.
- Create and execute against strategic recruitment plan via sourcing, interviewing, coaching, retaining, and developing candidates thereby exceeding client expectations
General Operations:
- Utilize Front Office technology to document NCHC client and talent activity/interactions to help drive sales/recruiting effectiveness
- Performing all NCHC legal and client related compliance functions in regards to talent onboarding i.e. I9s, background checks, reference checks, assessments, drug screenings, etc.
- Utilize front office technology to conduct payroll and bill processes
- Exceed client and talent expectations by following Randstad’s Operational Standards and offering innovative and creative employment solutions.
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's Degree highly preferred
Work Experience
- 1-2 years business experience with a minimum of one year in sales or customer service
- Minimum 1 year experience in a healthcare environment
