Duties:
- Review weekly timekeeping for accuracy and completion
- Assist working talent with payroll and timekeeping questions
- Responsible for completing all pre-employment screenings (criminal, drug, education and employment verification, etc)
- Onboard and hire all new talent
- Maintain weekly tracker for confirmed starts and ends
- Process credit and debit memos
- Assist with receiving incoming orders and entering into Bullhorn
- Review client aging and assist with reconciliations
Education:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Skills:
- Able to navigate easily within Excel. Some PowerPoint and Word occasionally.
- Any experience using Google Sheets is a plus.
- Customer service experience or Account Management
