The Manager, Business Knowledge is a critical leader to our professional services group (focus in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources and Sales & marketing) as an executive-level individual contributor who works closely with field staff, local management and senior leadership. Taking a comprehensive approach to education and ensuring adherence to the operating model with growth and profitability targets at the forefront, this role facilitates growth by simultaneously educating on both long-term goals and short-term business objectives. This person is responsible for training delivery to field staff and management, and getting new hires quickly up to full productivity while meeting the financial goals of the organization. Through field steering and partnering with branch teams, this individual will improve effectiveness by developing operational tools and training material, coaching staff and managers, and creating efficiency in the sales and delivery process.
 
The Manager, Business Knowledge should be able to build detailed and comprehensive  training material and deliver through a variety of mediums including webinars, direct 1:1 desk side and live group training sessions.  This role is also has primary responsibility for all new hire training and on-boarding, while simultaneously working with field leadership to monitor progress and provide direction.
 
The Manager, Business Knowledge should possess expert level knowledge of all staffing and recruiting operations with a focus on Direct Hire (vs. temp/contract staffing).  They must also have a minimum of 7 years of staffing/recruiting experience with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.  Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are an absolute must, as is the ability to effectively guide and persuade all levels within the organization.
