External Description:

As a Regional Account Manger you will be an integral part of our National Strategic Organization (NSO), and our Systems Integrator/Information Technology/Telecommunications vertical.  The NSO combines dedicated sales efforts, dedicated recruiting and delivery oversight, as well as National Account Management, operational, compliance and reporting support.

Responsibilities:

  • The Regional Account Manager’s main job responsibility involves acting in conjunction with the NSO Strategic Director(s) as the primary liaison in your respective territory between one (or more) of our most valued clients and Randstad Technologies.
  • You will be responsible for driving new business development, developing and maintaining excellent client buyer relationships, identifying and securing new business opportunities and ultimately ensuring the development of the sales pipeline resulting in closed business.

Required Skills:

  • Knowledge of Systems Integrator/Information Technology/Telecommunications Consulting Services with a minimum of five years of experience as a direct contributing salesperson within the Information Technology, Telecommunications, Consulting or Services industry.
  • Experience selling into a large, fortune 200 accounts. Must have the ability to navigate through a large, complex organization and build penetration strategy.
  • Understanding and Experience selling into a large vertical/geographical customer organization.
  • Experience with long-term solutions sales cycles.
  • Experience selling a multiple state territory.
  • Proven ability to forecast customer needs and educate team members of upcoming opportunities.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to break down complex accounts.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
  • Travel 75-100%.
