Position Title: Sr. Analyst, Onboarding

Position Overview:
Sr. Analyst, Onboarding Solutions is responsible for supporting Randstad’s talent onboarding including facilitation of vendors and ensuring overall compliance, and escalated issues. The position reports to Randstad’s Supervisor of Talent Onboarding Solutions and will interact with all levels of the field and corporate organization, and will escalate concerns to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, contractual obligations, and internal policies and procedures.
- Escalate any issues with vendor and associated service level agreements (SLA) to Management
- Partner with Legal, branch and outside counsel on investigations and escalated items
- Review focus area to ensure compliance, provide risk to stakeholders and training opportunities
- Facilitate effective communication with all stakeholders in support of assigned projects or compliance focus.
- Pull and consolidate scorecard reporting information from multiple tools to send to field leadership to improve compliance, identify trends and provide recommendations for process improvement
Education & Qualifications (Required and Preferred):
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, compliance, screening and or other related experience
- Highly proficient in use of Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Randstad operations and systems is an asset
- Excel, Query and Reporting
