Position Title: RIS Site Manager I

External Description:

Maintaining regular communication with key external client contacts and end users focused on expanding depth and increasing both market and wallet share while providing tailored services and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.  Recruiting: Developing and managing a talent pipeline aligning with the client’s needs and output requirements ensuring 100% on-time fills and driving growth.  Selection: Participating in hiring process by administering skill assessments, processing applications, screenings and references.  Onboarding: Providing talent with new hire materials and ensuring accurate and timely completion.  Planning: Leveraging historical data and customer intelligence to anticipate workforce demands and implement a flexible workforce that supports Randstad growth.  Retention & Guidance: Executing a proactive retention program focused on reducing turnover and increasing attendance/hours worked thus keeping the workforce engaged and motivated and contributing to profitability.  Communication: Maintaining regular two-way communication both aligning talent skills with client needs and skill marketing candidates resulting in increased order generation. Administration: Ensure compliance and coordinate efforts pertaining to unemployment hearings, applicant screenings (background, assessments, drug testing), safety, payroll, I-9s, and workers compensation. Administration: Monitoring Financials statements, Operational Activity Reports (OAR) and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) ensuring profitability of account.
