External Description:
The TOU (Talent on Use) Program Coordinator is accountable for achieving, through interaction with Field Support Center managers and field-based managers, a centralized support model to ensure TOU usage is in line with approval, budget and policy requirements. This position will be responsible for handling all logistical and onboarding support for TOU’s and will fulfill reporting requirements.
The Coordinator will be the liaison between managers who request TOU usage and our branch locations who provide the talent. The Coordinator will also maintain regular contact with FSC TOUs to encourage engagement during the assignment. The coordinator will also be responsible for ensuring established mark ups for talent are administered consistently.
The Coordinator will also assist with beta testing for new projects that may impact the TOU base, making recommendations for functionality changes with the goal of increasing usage of new technology and changes to technology for Randstad. Coordinator will provide feedback on delivery method to beta technology to also encourage high participation rates.
Principal Responsibilities
- Process TOU requests and ensure background checks are processed and meet Randstad requirements
- Initiate proper system set up once all compliance requirements have been fulfilled and partner with security for FSC-based TOU’s to ensure security badges are assigned or deactivated as needed
- Conduct regular compliance audits around rates, markups, and background checks and communicate corrections to appropriate contacts
- Participate in regular management meetings as needed
- Escalate problems and constraints to management as appropriate
- Manage and perform user acceptance testing for field related projects
- Provide internal reporting on a timely basis, including troubleshooting reporting issues with IT
- Analyze and improve internal processes
