​RESPONSIBILITIES
• Build and maintain long-lasting partnerships with
both clients and consultants through meetings,
phone calls, and client events/activities
• Educate clients on Randstad’s full suite of service
offerings and process
• Coordinate and conduct screening activities
for prospective candidates
• Utilize strategic client hunting practices, industry
and market analysis, internal communication,
external promotions and constant in-depth client
analysis to uncover revenue opportunities
• Sourcing and screening of potential candidates
for various openings with our clients​
​and more!
 
REQUIRED SKILLS
