External Description:

Position Summary

  • Selling Randstad’s staffing solutions to existing and prospective departments by building and managing the business relationships on an ongoing basis
  • Connecting with key department contacts and end users on a daily/weekly/monthly basis to assess business needs, requirements, performance, overall satisfaction with service levels, and opportunities for growth
  • Heavy emphasis on building relationships over the phone and in person
  • Execute toward growth goals by leveraging relationships and positioning Randstad as a multi-dimensional solution with resources to meet a multitude of staffing needs and high-level skill sets
  • Build and maintain a strategic partnership with the client by understanding the client’s business, strategic direction, processes, and policies to identify employment needs and provide creative and innovative workforce solutions
  • Driving strong fill rates by collaboration with recruiting teams on creative recruitment plans and delivering quality feedback
  • Relationship building with internal team of recruiters to increase resume submittal speed, quality of candidates, and "buy in" of the positions

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Ability to successfully interface with clients (internal and external)
  • A proven track record of success at the executive and corporation officer level 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to work within a team environment
  • Ability to make decisions, take direction and execute a plan
  • Detail orientation with follow-through shown in previous jobs
  • Able to communicate with and present at the executive level
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to qualify and close deals
  • Sales abilities along with market knowledge and/or product/technical expertise

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred

Work Experience

  • 2-4 years of staffing experience required
