JOB SUMMARY:
- Solutions Sales Advisor/Consultant to the region
- Motivate, Generate, and Inspire key front end solutions activity throughout the assigned territory needed to achieve/exceed financial goals
- Manage, move and improve the territories Solutions pipeline
- Collaborate directly with the territory’s MDs, account managers, and SFDs to ensure Quality Solutions Lead generation, consistent Solutions Pursuits, and Solutions Win activity are tracking for optimal success.
- Regional Solutions trainings:
- Own and drive region wide solutions trainings, cadence, content, etc.
- Leverage SFDs, MDs, Solutions Leaders, Deal PMO staff, and AMs as needed to provide consistent and quality solutions training to the Sales regions.
- Overall Solutions Target responsibility and ownership for the Region (note: MDs still accountable for their individual branch Solutions targets).
- Overall Solutions Account Strategy Ownership for the region to include
- Client/Prospect Accounts analysis
- Understand where we sell solutions today, where we don’t, and why?
- Devise strategy and plans to break accounts where we sell no solutions today as well as expand our solutions foot print in accounts where we do sell solutions today.
- Leverage MDs, SFDs, AMs as needed to collect analysis as well as create and execute strategy.
- Train the MDs in the territory (directly and via the SFD team) to become proficient future Solutions Leaders in their respective markets.
- Collaborate with the Solutions Organization and the Deal PMO team to ensure optimal pursuit and win results.
- Direct Partner Sales support responsibility to assigned offices/markets within the region
- Travel as needed to markets within the region to aid MDs, SFDs, and Account Managers to flush out leads and drive solutions “AND” selling within their respective accounts/prospects.
- Direct Client Solutions sales as needed (time permitting)
- Monthly Status reporting to Sales Business line president
- Client/Prospect Accounts analysis
EDUCATION:
College degree required
Additional education preferred
EXPERIENCE:
5 – 7 years of sales or sales management experience
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Strong customer focus and customer service skills
- Experience presenting to C-level executives
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Demonstrated experience managing large, complex accounts or projects
- Experience describing and documenting project or client requirements
- Must be detailed oriented with a concern for quality expressed by continually initiating system and process improvements
- Strong management skills based on several years of experience, including people development and team building
- Superior consulting, leadership, management, interpersonal and mentoring skills
