JOB SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for identifying and generating new business through a diverse network of sales activities and channel partnerships. The purpose of this role is to create solutions and strategies for the largest and most complex healthcare organizations. Identifying key challenges, the ability to quantify and present the cost, risk and opportunity of our Randstad portfolio solutions is the key to your success. This position will focus on engagement with senior management within Randstad and our client’s organization.

Develop process, strategy, and solutions to improve sales productivity; lead by example particularly in the area of production; manage sales and delivery of products/services to achieve agreed end result; implement business plan; budget/forecast management; foster strategic alliances, business partnerships, and relationships with key clients

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

What you need to know:

  • Demonstrated ability to create unique solutions and problem solve/ find a way to win!
  • Understands and can demonstrate a working knowledge of the HR technology and market dynamics in today’s environment.
  • Knows the competitive landscape for Staffing, RPO, MSP and Outplacement segments

What is your target:

  • Targets opportunity’s with Non Clinical (IT, Finance, administrative and executive) spend of $5 million or more revenue opportunity for Randstad
  • Executes  an effective consulting and communication strategy to meet or exceed established sales objectives for large size accounts




How will you be managed:

  • Work is performed without direct daily oversight or micro management.  This role is given the tools to build relationships and provide customers with resources to accomplish the delivery expectations that are set.

EDUCATION:

College degree required

Additional education preferred

 

EXPERIENCE:

5 – 7 years of related experience

Minimum of 5 years in an outside sales capacity

 

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Strong customer focus and customer service skills
  • Experience presenting to C-level executives
  • Successful track record of selling large size accounts
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated experience managing large, complex accounts or projects
  • Experience describing and documenting project or client requirements
  • Must be detailed oriented with a concern for quality expressed by continually initiating system and process improvements
  • Strong management skills based on several years of experience, including people development and team building
  • Superior consulting, leadership, management, interpersonal and mentoring skills
  • May be responsible for a specific area of specialization
