JOB SUMMARY:
This position will review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs. This position will also formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies.
This position will also be responsible for assisting in the RSR process re-engineering efforts by executing a range of projects focused on developing process improvements within the RSR Client Services and Operations teams including internal systems, the Extranet, Intranet, external web applications.
Subject matter expert; provides analytical support; specific operations, client support, and other support roles; project driven; exhibits technical skills.
This position will report to the Corporate Support Services Director. This position may also act as a Project Manager for all analytic deliverables and will ensure that a quality product will be produced on time and will include requested data.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Direct Work responsibilities:
- Responsible for all projects assigned to them.
- Functions as Operations support liaison between the Operations team and corporate partners.
- Review existing business processes and assist in developing efficiencies for those processes
- Identify, Collect and record accurate business requirements for user needs, system applications, customer needs and new technology
- Develop production support structure to track and maintain all service order requests for new development, application changes and system production support issues
- Responsible for testing new development, application changes and system production support issues
- Serves as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for existing Operations functions and new development, application changes, production support issues and assigned projects
- Offer input on test development cases/needs
- Assist the business to visualize, design and optimize operational workflows to be compatible with our corporate and business initiatives

- Erroneous actions may possibly result in delays and modifications to project/operations; possibly cause expenditure of time, human resources and funds
Liaison:
- Frequent contact with equivalent level and higher level inter-organizational associates concerning projects, operations decisions, and applications
- Communicates with Project Managers and Developers to create test plans, create project plans and user acceptance testing to ensure system requirements and business needs have been met.
- Work side by side with the business, corporate business partners, IT and clients to assist and launch new products, services to facilitate long term efficiencies
- Attends briefings and technical meetings for internal and external representatives
EDUCATION:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
EXPERIENCE:
5+ years of experience in business analytics, system automation, and multi-tiered systems
Some experience in the Staffing industry strongly desired
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, PowerPoint, expert user of Microsoft Office Excel and experience with pivot tables, vlookups, and charts
- Proficient with Google documents
- Proficient with VMS tools such as Fieldglass, Provade, or Beeline
- Strong customer focus and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to analyze, explain, and draw logical conclusions from complex operational, financial, regulatory and/or business data
- Experience describing and documenting specific requirements
- Must be detail oriented with a concern for quality expressed by continually initiating system and process improvements
