RHC Client Service Specialist

JOB SUMMARY:
The role of the RHC Client Service Specialist is to assist the RHC Account Managers in timely quality control and submittal of candidates on RHC VMS orders.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work with RHC Account Managers to understand job descriptions, requirements and skills needed for a quality submittal
• Quality control candidate submittals through the VMS system to ensure a timely submission is made with the job requirements met.
• Submittal of candidates through various VMS tools.
• Follow upRHC with MSP on submittal to foster timely placements.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree required.
EXPERIENCE:
• 2 years business experience
• Staffing industry experience, specifically with VMS experience
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- System savvy to enable use of various VMS tools.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and experience with vendor-managed tools
- Strong customer focus and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must be detail oriented with a concern for quality expressed by continually initiating system and process improvements
