Randstad Corporate Services (RCS) is hiring immediately for a Recruiter for a client program in Cambridge, MA. As a Recruiter you will be a strategic and consultative partner to our client’s Key Stakeholders and Hiring Managers with the responsibility of recruiting administrative and professional contract roles.
You will be responsible for building strong relationships with hiring managers and ensuring overall recruiting efforts are executed in a timely fashion. The ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment, where you will participate in the daily recruiting activities to facilitate the recruiting cycle is vital.
Job Requirements
- Support full-life cycle recruitment for the above roles in accordance with operating procedures and best practice principles, including sourcing, interview set up and on-boarding
- Ensure a positive client and candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Able to provide first level feedback for internal and external candidates.
- Manage the offer process for contractors, including pre-employment screening and start details.
- Able to build strong university relations.
- Ensure that hiring is consistent with the business goals.
- Evaluate candidate backgrounds to match core competencies with key hiring requirements and assess motivational fit. Utilize appropriate selection techniques.
- Effectively integrate diversity into the staffing process to ensure diverse candidate slates.
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of Recruiting experience, in a talent acquisition or within a large corporate environment
- Must have strong recruiting strategies and proven success using social media, networking sites and MS Office tools (Excel & Powerpoint)
- BS degree preferred in a Human Resource, Business or related discipline or equivalent experience
Additional Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to efficiently and effectively screen candidates to evaluate their eligibility for candidacy and consultatively present to hiring teams
- Proven ability to understand candidate motivations and effectively sell the opportunity to the candidate to ensure offer acceptance if made
- Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects at a time
- Experience in a high pressure, urgent recruiting environment supporting external clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organization skills and attention to details
- Proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships across boundaries, interacting and consulting with all levels of the organization
