We are looking for a true Sales hunter with an entrepreneurial spirit and desire for major impact opportunity.  The Sales Director will help grow our new Nonclinical Healthcare division and will report directly to the Senior Vice President.   The ideal candidate will live in the Southeast and be comfortable with up to 50% domestic travel.
 
Job Responsibilities:
-Evaluate the market potential for Nonclinical Healthcare staffing services (emphasis on revenue cycle management), identify current trends and create a comprehensive sales and marketing plan for the Southeastern Region
-Source, qualify, and build a book of business through client development sales activities and new client outreach
-Drive the regional sales effort through virtual or local meetings with key decision makers in the prospective client organization
-Network consistently within the community to build business relationships and enhance visibility
-Advise clients on our non-clinical healthcare staffing solutions by establishing realistic expectations and consistent, effective communication
-Accurately document and submit all required reports and activity tracking on a timely basis
 
Qualifications:
-Minimum 3+ years in consultative selling, preferably within a staffing organization
-Relevant experience with prospecting, business development, lead generation and demand generation
-Bachelor’s degree required
-Demonstrated success in selling to large hospital systems, medical groups and/or acute care facilities in a clinical or nonclinical capacity
-Well developed presentation skills including professional verbal and written communication
-Proven organizational skills with the ability to self-manage and prioritize competing demands on a tight deadline
