The Randstad Technologies Sales Services Group (SSG) supporting National Strategic Organization (NSO) is responsible for operational support of, and compliance to, our NSO client contracts.  SSG reviews contracts and amendments and participates in client trainings to get a solid understanding of the client’s required processes, rules of engagement and onboarding requirements.  SSG works in conjunction with the NSO Strategic Account Director, Client Delivery Manager (CDM), Field Operations Specialists, Randstad Payroll, Billing, and Accounts Receivable to meet the needs of our customers as well as ensuring we are following Randstad’s policies and procedures.
 
Job Responsibilities of Operations Specialist:
Responsible for the daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly tasks assigned by the Operations Lead to ensure smooth internal operations and compliance for our NSO Accounts.  Specific tasks that the Operations Specialist performs include:
  • Managing daily, weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly reports, both client required or internal.
  • Auditing of client required paperwork and/or client screening requirements.
  • Updating Manuals and client required forms on Randstad’s intranet.
  • Regular support and training for Field Operations Teams to understand client’s onboarding requirements and payroll /billing requirements.
  • Attend monthly aging calls with Accounts Receivable and address aging items such as bill rate or hours discrepancies as needed.
  • Manage client specific email inboxes which the field will use to ask operational questions and send onboarding paperwork notifications.
  • Maintain client specific email distribution list
  • Gather all required data for client audits
  • Conduct regular internal audits
  • Review client contracts, amendments, and client handbooks.
  • Address all bill rate discrepancies between client system and internal back office system
  • Add/remove users to/from client systems.
