Position Title: Senior Executive Assistant
External Description:
The Senior Executive Assistant is responsible for the oversight of the administrative activities of Senior Executives, including, but not limited to, management of daily administrative functions, special projects and heavy calendar coordination; assistance with corporate activities and communications, assistance in presentation preparation and correspondence. Seeking a highly skilled, versatile candidate confident with interactions at all levels of senior management. This role will sit in Atlanta, GA.
Responsibilities:
- Supports Senior Executives of the company in all areas, including highly confidential matters.
- Acts as liaison between the Executives and field office staff, as well as, the corporate offices.
- Provides advanced administrative support.
- Manages all logistics such as travel arrangements, coordination of group meetings and heavy calendar management.
- Works with Executives to prepare presentations and correspondence for multiple meetings per year.
- Independently prioritizes and follows up on multiple projects; able to multi task and run projects as assigned.
- Manages the flow of information in a very fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelors’ Degree preferred or equivalent experience necessary.
- 5+ years of executive administrative support, demonstrated track record of support to a C-level executive.
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
- High level of detail orientation and project management skills.
- Professional and confident with the ability to interact with highly experienced staff members.
- Ability to handle responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Resourceful with excellent problem solving skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills with preferred exposure to Google Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively with frequent interruptions.
- Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills.
