JOB SUMMARY:

  • Sourcing and screening of potential IT candidates for contract, contract-to-hire and permanent openings with our clients.
  • Plans, directs and implements strategic recruitment and employment programs. 
  • Works with high level management to ensure timely understanding of current and future workforce needs and implements improvements to staffing processes including sourcing and selection.
  • Develop recruiting process, strategy, and skills to improve sales productivity.
  • Lead by example particularly in the area of production; manage sale and delivery of products/services to achieve agreed end result; implement business plan; multi-site management; budget/forecast management; foster strategic alliances, business partnerships, and relationships with key clients.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's degree required

EXPERIENCE:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of staffing industry or technical recruiting experience

SKILLS REQUIRED: 

  • Full cycle technical recruiting experience.
  • A strong work ethic and sense of commitment.
  • Past history of exceeding personal individual goals while working in a team environment.
  • Ability to work in a very fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • Closing skills and the ability to build lasting relationships built on honest and integrity.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills.
  • Experience presenting to C-level executives.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large, complex accounts or projects.
  • Experience describing and documenting project or client requirements.
  • Must be detailed oriented with a concern for quality expressed by continually initiating system and process improvements.
  • Strong management skills, including people development and team building.
  • Superior consulting, leadership, management, interpersonal and mentoring skills.
