Position Title: MSP Program Team Manager

JOB SUMMARY:

Must have Staffing Program Experience in Light Industrial.  This position will manage a Managed Service Provider (MSP) Program Team which will own the day-to-day responsibility for service delivery to an assigned account(s)

Leader by example; implement strategies to achieve contracted service level metrics; manage sale and delivery of products/services to achieve agreed end result; budget accountability; goals and objectives management; maintain communication with established clients to ensure successful business development

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client Responsibilities:

  • Management interface for daily operational issues between company, clients, and suppliers including tool management, order fulfillment, workflow process and back office processes
  • GP/Revenue Responsibility:
  • Achieve results as defined in annual account budget
  • Freedom to Act/Accountability:
  • Guidance given:  Assignments are received in objective oriented terms.  Provides guidance to subordinate supervisors or high level staff specialists based on organizational goals and company policy.  Work is reviewed in terms of meeting the organization’s objectives and schedules
  • Policy involvement:  Establishes operating policies that affect subordinate multi-level organizational units.  Interprets, executes, and recommends modifications to organizational policies

 Direct Work Involvement/Complexity:

  • Serve as day-to-day point of contact for client sponsorship and management
  • Resolve operational or tactical questions or problems associated with servicing assigned accounts 
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding servicing requirements for account requirement and provides feedback on performance
  • Develop order process and support requirements for new accounts.  Create and maintain all account specific documents for training and support initiatives.  Responsible for project budget
  • Manage work load and scheduling to support all assigned accounts
  • Develop and monitor account/client metrics reporting requirements and develop action plans associated with increasing fill rates for assigned accounts
  • Work to develop best practices to streamline order management processes and increase resume submittal and placement rates

 EDUCATION: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • College degree strongly preferred

EXPERIENCE: 

  • 3 – 5 years of staffing industry experience as well as 3 – 5 years of experience managing people in an account management capacity

 SKILLS REQUIRED: 

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Strong customer focus and customer service skills
  • Experience presenting to C-level executives
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated experience managing large, complex accounts or projects
  • Experience describing and documenting project or client requirements
  • Must be detailed oriented with a concern for quality expressed by continually initiating system and process improvements
  • Strong management skills based on several years of experience, including people development and team building
  • Superior consulting, leadership, management, interpersonal and mentoring skills
