Position Title: RCS Program Manager

External Description:

The Talent Advisor is responsible for execution of the talent strategy. This role is responsible for continuously building and maintaining strategic partnerships with hiring managers by understanding their business, strategic direction, processes, and policies with the goal of growing and developing the account. This pivotal role is responsible for expanding the company’s influence within the client’s accounts while partnering to ensure fulfillment.

The Talent Advisor will be responsible for:

Partnering

  • Build and maintain a strategic partnership with the client hiring managers by understanding the client’s business and needs to aid in producing the best Manager/role/culture - talent match
  • Consult with recruitment team or vendors to ensure they are engaged and aligned with client’s needs
  • Serve as liaison between the aforementioned groups to address any gaps in clarity or performance

 Business Development

  • Execute against growth goals by leveraging relationships and positioning company as a multi-dimensional solution with resources to meet a multitude of staffing needs and high-level skill sets
  • Meet with Hiring Managers and end users to assess business needs, requirements, performance, overall satisfaction with the company service levels, and opportunities for growth

Talent Management and General Operations

  • Manage talent with respect to company and client-specific onboarding, role & responsibilities, time entry, performance coaching, benefits, & engagement
  • May ensure compliance and coordinate efforts pertaining to client specific onboarding requirements as needed
  • Conduct operational health and wellness checks including Weekly Audit Checklists, and monitoring of key reports and metrics such as billing registers, aging detail, and financials
  • Perform within the company’s operational standards of excellence while using specific tools for retention of talent and client development activities
  • Requisition Management
  • Conduct requisition intake sessions with department managers and individuals requesting talent
  • Review job description for clarity and understanding, gather additional details and communicate those to supply chain
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Assess top talent to determine appropriate candidates for roles

 Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Master’s level work a plus
  • Five to seven years of business experience with a minimum of two years in either staffing or in the client’s industry of specialization (healthcare) highly preferred
  • Minimum 2 years recruiting experience

 Additional Qualifications 

  • Prior experience with Fieldglass preferred
  • Performance review of KPI’s and SLA Goals
  • Strong competencies in networking, client focus, adaptability, planning & organizing, promoting core values
  • Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize workload
  • Must work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and Outlook
  • Ability to identify customer’s needs and to deliver, decline, or adjust expectations accordingly
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving abilities
  • Unsurpassed level of professionalism and ability to communicate at all levels of the client organization
  • Ability to build effective relationships with work teams through collaboration
