External Description:

Position Overview:  

Analyst, Onboarding Solutions is responsible for supporting Randstad’s talent onboarding including facilitation of electronic onboarding and ensuring overall compliance.  The position reports to Randstad’s Manager of Compliance and Special Projects and will interact with all levels of the field and corporate organization, and will escalate concerns to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, contractual obligations, and internal policies and procedures.

 

Education & Qualifications (Required and Preferred):  

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, compliance, screening and or other related experience
  • Knowledge of Randstad operations and systems is an asset
  • Excel, Query and Reporting
  • Manage inquiry tickets submitted from field customers through multiple platforms related to issues with onboarding tool
  • Comfortable researching issues related to process and forms in onboarding tool while identifying gaps which may be source of problem
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple requests and projects simultaneously
  • Liaison between vendor and/or IT in resolving system issue(s)
  • Adaptable to various business lines and understand the different ways in which they function
  • On-boarding (eStaff365) and ticketing systems (Ivanti and Jira) knowledge preferred
  • Experience in handling customer requests, setting and delivering on expectations, while building relationships
  • Experience working with multiple teams and departments
