Position Title: Marketing Manager

External Description:

This role is solely focused on executing our enterprise lead gen strategy using all of the current resources including our Account Based Marketing platform, DemandBase. This role is also heavily involved in the campaign creation, nurturing, automation, and segmentation of prospects and clients. They will also resides as the DemandBase system expert for the entire Marketing Department. This role works closely with product marketing, campaign management and the marketing automation teams to report back ROI and revenue growth potentials.

Key functions:

  • Own the lead generation process as part of the overall Digital & Demand Gen strategy
  • Develop ABM campaigns from beginning to end and report back on insights
  • Drive and track funnel metrics
  • Measure, analyze and report on current campaigns
  • Manage list segmentation of MQLs, SQLs  and MA opportunities
  • Investigate new channels, strategies through constant iteration and test assumptions

Key assets: 

  • strategic thinker
  • expertise in demand gen, content, campaigns, and personas
  • ABM experience, preferably demand base
  • Understanding and history of working in Hubspot
  • CRM / Sales experience
  • Understanding and usage of analytics
  • Digitally savvy person
  • Data curious mindset
  • Must love the science of marketing

Education

  • 4 Year / Bachelor Degree preferred    Emphasis: Marketing, Digital, Business

Experience:

  • 3 -7 Years     Lead, campaign, ad, or demand generation experience
  • 1-3 Years      Digital marketing via Hubspot / CRM systems
  • Staffing industry experience a plus
