Position Title: Manager, Onboarding Solutions

External Description:

The Onboarding Solutions Manager is responsible for supporting Randstad’s talent onboarding including Third Party Vendor/IC Onboarding, Client and health screen compliance and Per Diem Administration.  The position reports to Randstad’s Director of Talent Screening & Onboarding Solutions and will interact with all levels of the field and corporate organization, and will escalate concerns to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, contractual obligations, and internal policies and procedures.

  • Manage TPV/IC onboarding process to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements and regulations
  • Manage compliance of client specific onboarding requirements and provide recommendations for field training and improvement
  • Manage compliance of health screening with internal and external requirements and regulations
  • Manager Per Diem Administration
  • Escalate compliance concerns and provide recommendations for performance improvements  

Education & Qualifications:  

 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, compliance or other related experience
  • Highly proficient in use of Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of Randstad operations and systems is an asset
  • Excel, Query and Reporting
