Position Title: VMS Delivery Analyst

External Description:

JOB SUMMARY:
The VMS Delivery Analyst provides detailed analytics and reporting to support market share growth in Randstad’s VMS/MSP programs.  This individual is responsible for the development and ongoing assessment of all VMS-related business intelligence reporting as well as activities related to the measurement and analysis of Randstad’s VMS/MSP programs.

 

EDUCATION:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Some college strongly preferred
 
EXPERIENCE:
3+ years of business intelligence/data analytics experience
 
SKILLS REQUIRED: 
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Proficient using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
- Some experience with SQL and Hyperion
- Aptitude for information seeking and conceptual thinking
- Strong customer focus and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to analyze, explain, and draw logical conclusions from complex operational, financial, regulatory and/or business data
- Experience describing and documenting specific requirements
- Must be detail oriented with a concern for quality expressed by continually initiating system and process improvements
