External Description:

Position Overview: 

  • Management role responsible for client on boarding both through management of team operations and coordination with peers in other departments and partners in the field. Team objectives are to bill all clients the 1st time right  and to increase customer satisfaction and improve working capital (DSO). Manager is responsible for the on boarding of new clients to ensure complete and accurate billing process.  Responsibility includes process from end to end, starting with reviewing contract, intake client requests, defining standard solutions, system set up and testing, instructing stakeholders, monitoring and reporting. In addition to onboarding new clients, the team is also optimizing existing client set up and controlling the PO process. The team plays a critical role in the company’s contract2cash as the billing team is responsible for processing the company’s core activity. The manager works closely with Customers, Field Operations, Contracts, Payroll, Accounts Receivable and IT teams to design strong concepts, streamline the administrative process and implement E-solutions.

 

Education & Qualifications (Required and Preferred): 

  • BS degree or equivalent work experience. Educational background in accounting, business, finance, computer science or math preferred.
  • 7 + years of work experience in business operations, accounting, financial analysis, or data analysis
  • Preferred experience in Staffing or a Service Industry
  • Experience interfacing with other teams and customers, providing positive customer experience, working through conflict or complex matters
  • 2+ years of experience providing coaching/mentoring to junior team members or 1+ years of direct supervisor experience
  • PeopleSoft Experience a plus
  • Expert Excel User
  • Able to teach others use of Randstad systems for team, knows systems used by other teams.
  • Project management experience is a plus
