Position Title: PBO Support Service Manager

External Description:

Primary Purpose of the role:

  • Provides leadership and guidance to operational personnel. 
  • Oversees operations, staffs areas of responsibility, and supervises administrative tasks.
  • Develops and maintains good working relationships between Randstad and the customer to ensure quality support, responsiveness and high customer satisfaction. 
  • Responsible for negotiating and understanding customer requirements, adhering to customer guidelines and achieving agreed to customer departmental goals and objectives. 

Eligibility requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years prior experience in various related customer services positions preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience in management role focused on a quality customer experience.
  • Strong leadership, management skills, and demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex client situations in an effective manner.
  • Excellent communications (interpersonal, verbal, written) including negotiation skills, active listening and able to project empathy and common sense.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and MS Office.
  • Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize workload.
  • Unsurpassed level of professionalism and ability to communicate at all levels of the client organization.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to present business reviews and workforce strategies to client groups.
  • Demonstrate the ability to identify customer’s needs and to deliver, decline, or adjust expectations.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.
  • Travel is required ; 50% minimum unless otherwise noted.
