Position Title: RIS Site Manager I
External Description:
Position objective: The RIS Site Manager will act as an on-site extension of the client’s HR and Operations functions, assuming responsibility for the full procurement lifecycle (recruitment, selection, onboarding,
scheduling, and performance management) directly supporting the client’s specific strategic and
operational goals. This person will execute the seven work processes by:
Position summary Percentage of Time
• Maintaining regular communication with key external client contacts and end users to provide
tailored services and ensure the highest level of client satisfaction 15%
• Recruiting: Developing and managing a talent pipeline that aligns with the client’s needs and
output requirements 15%
• Selection: Participating in hiring process by administering skill assessments, processing applications,
screenings and references 15%
• Onboarding: Providing talent with new hire materials and ensuring accurate and timely completion 10%
• Planning: Leveraging historical data and customer intelligence to anticipate workforce demands
and implement a flexible workforce that supports the organization’s business priorities 10%
• Retention & Guidance: Executing a proactive retention program to keep the workforce engaged
and motivated 10%
• Communication: Maintaining regular two- way communication aligning talent population
with client needs 10%
• Administration: Ensure compliance and coordinate efforts pertaining to unemployment hearings,
applicant screenings (background, assessments, drug testing), safety, payroll, I-9s, and workers
compensation

• Administration: Monitoring Financials statements, Operational Activity Reports (OAR) and Days
Sales Outstanding (DSO) ensuring profitability of account 5%
Education
• HS Diploma required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
Work experience
• 3+ years business experience preferred
• 1 year in staffing or client’s industry a plus
Knowledge, skills, and abilities
• Ability to develop strong working relationships and
diagnose need with all levels
• Human resource expertise is critical as it pertains to
workforce regulations and industry standards
Must possess excellent business acumen translating to
executable strategies
• Experience in multi-tasking, prioritizing work, and effective
time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset is a must, must be a self-motivated,
independent thinker
• Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision making
skills required
• Must be innovative in approach, willing to take risks and
operate successfully in ambiguous situations
