Position Title: RCD Talent Care Coordinator
External Description:
The Randstad Centralized Delivery (RCD) Talent Care Coordinator role can/will specialize in one of two key areas: Talent Onboarding or Talent Management/Payroll. They will contribute to the execution of all work processes of the business unit directly by supporting its specific strategic and operational goals. This position actively supports recruiters in their compliance efforts and ensures that the business unit’s checks and balances are in place. This is achieved by:
TALENT ONBOARDING:
- Participating in hiring process by ensuring branch compliance in processing applications, completing references checks, coordinating external drug testing efforts, completing weekly audits of paperwork, I9, Fed/State Docs, and tracking talent background checks
- Exceeding client and talent expectations by following Randstad’s Operational Standards and acting as the branch ambassador
- Maintaining talent records in applicable Randstad front office systems as well as electronic and paper records to ensure effective, orderly and legal storage of personnel data
- Undertaking any other tasks deemed appropriate to this role, as directed by the Branch Manager
TALENT MANAGEMENT/PAYROLL:
- Processing and completing payroll as it relates to talent working in OAR, invoicing, billing and all related efforts pertaining to Randstad’s operating processes and specific client contractual requirements
- Driving talent management & engagement: Completing talent coaching & terminations as well as creating and participating in programs to influence talent retention and satisfaction i.e. 30/60/90 day QC Checks
- Exceeding client and talent expectations by following Randstad’s Operational Standards and acting as the branch ambassador
- Maintaining talent records in applicable Randstad front office systems as well as electronic and paper records to ensure effective, orderly and legal storage of personnel data
- Undertaking any other tasks deemed appropriate to this role, as directed by the Branch Manager
Education:
- Minimum HS Diploma
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Work Experience:
- 2 years of business experience or an equal combination of education and work experience required
- A minimum of either one year in payroll administration or customer service preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Must be innovative in approach, willing to take risks and operate successfully in ambiguous situations
- Deadline-driven and perform work with a sense of urgency
- Process oriented with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Develop strong working relationships with all levels
- Proficient computer skills to ensure accuracy in reporting and recording information
