Position Title: RIS Workforce Analyst

External Description:

Position objective: The Workforce Analyst supports the growth and retention of new and existing RIS accounts. The position partners with the Workforce Consultant and onsite account teams to ensure that RIS processes are executed and that they maximize quality, cost savings and provide continuous improvement while meeting the client’s operational goals. This role helps the Workforce Consultant develop solutions to the client’s business problems by assisting with data gathering, helping build the business case, creating efficient work processes, and working with internal teams to align total account support.. Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently as well as with a team are essential for this function.
 
The Workforce Analyst will:
  • Create weekly management reports and deliver data driven insights. 
  • Validate data through front office system queries and discussion with site manager; evaluate trends and financial impact of KPIs; create weekly KPI summary with analysis for WFC to send to client; update graphs; develop PPT using data for QBRs; ad hoc reporting as needed.
  • Support site-managers with staff planning and talent pipeline
  • Design and document staffing plans and resources for ramps; establish and expand recruiting plans; streamline recruiting and screening process (technology, etc.) which includes process flow, order tracker, and attendance tracker.
  • Worksite –Conduct job shadows and create job profiles; create site maps; conduct workload analysis; act as on-site extension of client’s HR and operations function
  • Participate in implementation meetings and carry out assigned tasks which includes but are not limited to creating branch manual and talent guidebooks; developing trackers for orders, attendance and action plans; identifying and qualifying recruiting sources; designing staffing strategy that aligns with workload; conduct job shadows and create job profiles, assist with talent transitions, and establish effective screening processes.
  • Maintain and review tools used at accounts to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of accounts – process flow, order tracker, attendance tracker and safety programs

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred

Work experience

  • Minimum 3 years business experience in manufacturing, logistics, distribution, warehouse, or contact center environment required
  • Experience in business process analysis a plus
 Knowledge, skills, and abilities
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with site teams
  • Recruitment experience in a high-volume environment
  • Proficient computer skills for accuracy in reporting, recording information and building proposals/decks – Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in multi-tasking, prioritizing work, and effective time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be innovative in approach, willing to take risks and operate successfully in ambiguous situations
  • Ability to draw conclusions and create solutions based on limited information
