JOB SUMMARY:
This position will be accountable for implementing and delivering a successful managed services program strategy to meet/exceed spend/revenue and profit targets. This position is responsible for servicing the talent needs of an assigned customer(s).
Lead by example; implement strategies to capture market share; manage delivery of products/services to achieve agreed end result; budget accountability; goals and objectives management; maintain communication with established clients to ensure successful business development; serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for non-FTE procurement.
Execute and deliver the processes and procedures necessary for achieving the defined service level metrics
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and subject matter expertise to assigned clients. This may include supporting a specific business unit or skill discipline of client
GP/Revenue Responsibility:
- As defined by annual account budget
Freedom to Act/Accountability:
- Guidance given: Assignments are received in objective oriented terms. Provides guidance to subordinate supervisors or high level staff specialists based on organizational goals and company policy. Work is reviewed in terms of meeting the defined service level metrics assigned by customer
- Policy involvement: Interprets, executes, and recommends modifications to organizational policies or those policies that are specifically created by the customer
Supervisory/Relationship:
- Accomplishes results through one’s own actions and the results of fellow team members. Ensures customer relationship is supported with the appropriate level of service
- May assist in the hiring and training of associates according to established company guidelines
- Coach and counsel associates assigned to client on behavioral and performance issues, document and take corrective action, as necessary, up to and including termination of assignment
Direct Work Involvement/Complexity:
Sales/Business Development
- Assist in the development and implementation of an effective client growth strategy to increase sales and maximize profits by evaluating potential of assigned client. May also be called upon to assist in the development of new accounts
- Identify growth opportunities and develop strategies for growing the existing account relationship. This may include formal presentations to new business units or new hiring managers
- Maintain communication with established client(s) to ensure successful business development and to promote client and associate retention through exemplary customer service
- Work with contracted suppliers to develop and implement an effective recruiting strategy to ensure the availability of qualified flexible talent in order to meet current and anticipated needs of client
- Work with integration teams to develop cross business opportunities
Operational/Financial Management
- Execute against the assigned service level metrics. Assume full responsibility for delivering a positive customer service experience to suppliers and clients end users
- Requires the use of independent judgment to make decisions that benefit the interests of the client and the organization
- Financial management of account operations (budgeting, forecasting, monthly P&L review, credit and collections, etc…)
- Implement, monitor and comply with company programs and initiatives
- Maintain complete and accurate documentation of all defined policies and procedures as required by client
- Participate in local professional, business and civic organizations to enhance personal development and to promote company recognition
Impact:
- Erroneous decisions or recommendations would normally result in critical delays and modifications to project/operations; cause substantial expenditure of time, human resources and funds; and jeopardize future business activity
Liaison:
- Frequent contact with equivalent level external customers and inter-organizational managers and customer representatives concerning projects, operational decisions, scheduling requirements or contractual clarification. Conducts briefings and technical meetings for internal and external representatives
EDUCATION:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
EXPERIENCE:
4 years of related experience in staffing, recruiting or MSP account management
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Strong customer focus and customer service skills
• Experience presenting to C-level executives
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Demonstrated experience managing large, complex accounts or projects
• Experience describing and documenting project or client requirements
• Must be detailed oriented with a concern for quality expressed by continually initiating system and process improvements
• Management skills based on several years of experience, including people development and team building
• Superior consulting, leadership, management, interpersonal and mentoring skills
