External Description:

The RPO Technical Analyst is expected to be knowledgeable or have the ability to quickly ascertain the necessary knowledge in a range of software products that have the potential to meet RSR business needs.  Lead a team of evaluators, subject matter experts, and/or support personnel as it relates to the evaluation and piloting of various technological tools. 

 The RPO Technical Analyst has five key tasks:

  1. Ensure an understanding of available technologies within the Recruiting subset
  2. Isolate key process challenges within RSR that may be addressed through emerging technologies
  3. Provide presentations to clients (prospective and existing) demonstrating technology expertise and/or recommendations
  4. Lead evaluation projects, including technology requests for proposal, pilot programs, and/or initial deployments of technologies new to RSR
  5. Strive for technology preparedness within our client delivery teams, including high-level understanding of deployed or available technologies and/or how to obtain additional details as needed

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leads all evaluation efforts as it relates to driving technology enablement and innovation within Randstad Sourceright
  • Maintains an up-to-date tracking log of technologies currently under consideration by RSR
  • Collaborates with the Director HR Technology North America along with key stakeholders within the RSR enterprise to identify technology gaps
  • Assists in developing the business case for procuring and incorporating new technologies to the RSR standard technologies
  • Performs initial outreach and discovery exercise when potential new technology solutions/vendors are identified
  • Gathers requirements from all pertinent stakeholders and/or eventual end-users of product.
  • Organizes and prioritizes technology requirements to create weighted evaluation matrixes as new tools are considered
  • Ensures that all requirements are intuitive, translate well to actual business need, can be validated/measured, and are mutually understood by all stakeholders
  • Performs evaluation of vendor proposals and aligns vendor functionality to documented requirements
  • Coordinates high-level demos of vendor products when determined that they might meet a business requirement gap
  • Evaluate technology providers for viability, stability, and cultural fit to RSR
  • Project manage technology pilots, with a focus on measuring the ROI of the technology being piloted
  • Provide to business reliable technology subject matter expertise on tools and technologies that each department should be aware of with regards to their specific subject matter
  • Present technology subject matter expertise to clients and client prospects as it relates to emerging technologies or solutions being considered specific to client solutions

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Three (3) years within recruiting and/or candidate sourcing
  • One (1) year serving as a business analyst or technology consultant within the recruiting or HR technologies space

 

 

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • College degree preferred (Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or other related field)
  • Certifications: PMP, Six Sigma Preferred
  • Five (5+) or more years within recruiting and/or candidate sourcing
  • Expert level with Microsoft Office
  • Intermediate or greater level with gr8 People or a competing Recruitment Marketing Platform (RMP) solution (e.g. Avature, Bullhorn, SmashFly)
  • Intermediate or greater level with Montage or a competing Digital Interviewing Platform (e.g. Harquen, HireVue, GreenJobInterview)
  • Intermediate or greater level with Wade & Wendy, or a competing artificial intelligence platform (e.g. Mya, Olivia, Allyo)
  • Intermediate or greater level with HiredScore, or a competing matching platform (e.g. HiringSolved, Brilent, Restless Bandit)
  • Comparative evaluations of complex technology solutions
  • Preparing, reviewing, and managing a competitive request for proposal process
